GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In this floor there is a large living room of 24m2 (258 sq ft) and two independent areas of bedrooms, which allow you to welcome your guests with full privacy.
THE MASTER ZONE
In this area we find the master bedroom (27m2 – 291 sq ft) en suite, with a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large dressing room. There are also two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes that share a bathroom. These bedrooms have access to their own terrace.
THE GUEST'S ZONE
This zone has a large bedroom with a dressing area that shares a bathroom with a second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. It is ideal to invite a family maintaining their privacy.
